In order to secure your place / places on a tour we require a deposit of £295 per person for longer tours, £500 for USA tours and £150 per person for the weekend tours.

Bookings are taken on a first – come first – served basis. A booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to you on receipt of your deposit or any outstanding balance. Any outstanding balance due must be paid 8 weeks before departure date.
We will accept bookings 4 weeks before departure only if the payment is made in full.

You are responsible for your own motorcycle, riding manners, and for any pillions travelling with you.
A valid riding licence and motorcycle insurance is also your own responsibility.
Your own holiday and medical insurance must be valid for the duration of the tour and must cover holiday cancellation,  accident, illness, repatriation and death.

RideWithUs cannot accept responsibility for transporting your bike, you, or your pillion to any alternative destination in case
of breakdown or accident.
You are required to take out your own motorcycle recovery policy.
In case of motorcycle breakdown (mechanical) any repair or service will be the responsibility of its owner.

You are required to ride within the legal requirements of the host country. RideWithUs cannot accept any responsibility
for violation of those requirements.
RideWithUs also cannot be responsible for any traffic or road conditions on each day of travel or the manner in which you decide to ride the roads.

UK passport holders need a valid passport for visiting the EC countries. UK passport holders must ensure that they meet all visa requirements for the EC and non-EC countries. Non-UK passport holders must ensure that they meet all visa requirements for the countries included in the chosen tour.

If you decide to leave the tour for any reason Ride With Us cannot accept responsibility of refunding any money.
In the instance of the acceptable minimum number of places on the guided tour not being reached Ride With Us will offer you:
– a full refund
– compatible alternative

RideWithUs reserves the right, in any circumstances, to cancel your booking, giving you eight weeks notification and a full
refund of all monies paid, unless the circumstances are beyond our control.
Refunds will not be made in the following situations: war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disasters, fire, significant risks to human health such as the outbreak of serious disease including any mutation or variation of, and the ongoing effects of, Covid-19 or SARs-COV2, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of ports, cancellations or changes to schedules by carriers ceasing to operate due to adverse weather conditions or other reasons and similar events beyond our control or where we cancel because you fail to pay the balance of your holiday cost.

RideWithUs cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays in your train/ ferry crossing to or from the UK, whether caused by bad weather or any other circumstances. In the event of a delay you will be responsible for providing your own meals and accommodation.

If you are prevented from taking your place on a tour we can transfer your booking onto an other person. However, we will need 2 weeks notice and £25 administration fee.
Cancellation charges: All deposits are refundable up to eight weeks before departure. However, once your full payment is received no refund is due.

We are not responsible for death, personal injury or illness caused by activities in which a participant engages outside
of the itinerary of the tour.

We do our best to advise hotels on individual requirements however, it is not always possible to meet everyone’s special dietary needs.

RideWithUs is not responsible for any malfunction, faulty condition, poor state of maintenance or any other health and
safety issue regarding rooms, swimming pools, bathrooms, gymnasiums or any other facility provided by any of the
hotels used for duration of a tour. RideWithUs is not responsible for quality and standards of food preparation in any of the hotel restaurants, independent restaurants or any other food supplying facilities.

Ride With Us guarantees that in order to protect your money and in compliance with EEC Regulation (90/314/EEC) all payments received will remain in trust until your tour is complete.
