RideWithUs is the only UK based motorcycle touring company with direct connections with each of their destinations. With our Croatian background we are able to add an extra aspect to your holiday through our ability to speak several different languages and in-depth knowledge of local history, traditions and customs. We have also spent great deal of time living and working in all of the countries that we visit on our tours.
Therefore, it is important to distinguish between guided motorcycle tours that RideWithUs specialises in and escorted tours that are offered by majority of other touring companies.
Escorted tours mean that the tour guide is present on the tour but does not necessarily mean that you are going to be guided. Navigation is considered as your own responsibility.
While on guided tours navigation, guiding and hosting is incorporated as part of the service.
However, we cater for all riding abilities and welcome independent riders who prefer to make their own way to destinations but in the evenings enjoy the social aspect of the organised tour.
The guiding option is available for those that never toured before, do not have confidence in their navigational skills or simply prefer to ride with a group of other riders.
So, by opting to join our guided tours you will benefit from our local linguistic, geographical and navigational skills as well as in-depth knowledge of the local tradition and customs.
We guide our tours respecting the national speed limits of a host country, whoever is following us rides at our pace. Therefore, if you are after a ‘track day’ type of a trip then our tours might not meet your expectations.
RideWithUs 2010 Motorcycle Tour Destinations:
Black Forest - Adriatic Coast - Grand European - Italian Dolomites - Alpine Circle - Swiss Alps - Mosel & Champagne - Austrian Tyrol
Our 2010 motorcycle touring season starts with a Black Forest tour (23rd - 29th May). This tour is designed for those who prefer something less demanding as their first European motorbike trip.
Bike trip No:2 is the Adriatic Coast Tour (4th - 13th June), which has become, over the years, a bit of RideWithUs speciality.
New - The Grand European motorcycle tour (18th - 27th June) presents us with fantastic opportunity, by using the Motorail overnight service (one way), to explore seven of the most beautiful countries in Europe.
3rd - 12th July - Italian Dolomites and motorcycling go hand in hand. Delicious food, great wine, fantastic scenery, twisty roads and welcoming people create a unique recipe for a memorable motorcycle trip.
New - Alpine Circle tour (22nd July – 1 Aug) this is a fantastic motorcycle tour that includes four most beautiful Alpine regions: Bavarian Alps, Austrian Tyrol, Italian Dolomites and Swiss Alps. This tour must be on top of every motorcyclists “to do” list.
In our opinion Mother Nature created Switzerland for one and only one reason - motorcycling. Therefore, if you are free from 8th - 15th August please join our motorcycle tour of the Swiss Alps and find out for your self.
New - Mosel & Champagne motorcycle tour, departing on 22nd - 28th of August. A fascinating tour attracting lovers of champagne tradition, food, wine and motorcycling.
Austrian Tyrol tour (4th - 11th September). Year after year this tour keeps getting better and better. The hotel is situated in the most idyllic imaginable location, in the middle of Alpine valley surrounded by pine forests.
